A new system that tries to replace every neighboring tool in the first release will be late and unclear. Choose the decision it must get right, and integrate with the rest.
Name the neighbor
If billing, identity, or the warehouse already has a system of record, say so in the first workshop. The boundary is a product decision, not an accident of the backlog.
